Thank you for volunteering to speak to someone from the PHA UK team about your experiences of the pandemic.
We are looking for a total of 30 people to speak to for this project, so if we receive more responses than this, we will select 30 people at random. However, there will be other ways to get involved in this research later on – so everyone’s response is valuable.
We will contact you by email, before the end of April, to let you know the outcome. If you have been selected, we will then set up a telephone call at a convenient date and time. Please check your spam / junk folder 😊
